Trip Is Filled
On this Go Trip we will be partnering with ministries each day serving the poor with meals, clothing, resources, assistance with housing and employment, all while we share what Jesus has done in our lives through personal one-on-one encounters, testimonies, and prayer.
Why New York City?
When creating a short-list of the world’s most well-known and influential cities, New York City always makes the top of the list. While the “Big Apple” has celebrity status in the arenas of finance, arts and entertainment, politics, and ethnic diversity, there is also a shadow of hopelessness and darkness that is common to many large cities. It’s at these epicenters of humanity that it seems you find these extremes. Yet in an important way, it is no different than any small town in our nation – it is made up of people who need a life-changing encounter with Jesus. We guarantee that this GO trip will surprise you as God expands your capacity to love others while you spend yourself serving the hurting, hopeless, homeless, marginalized, and those forgotten by others. Team Info – Limited to 12 team members ages 16 and above. First come first serve based on deposit and approved application. There will be three team training meetings and attendance is expected.
