Salvation

Salvation is the forgiveness of sin and relationship with God. It is real life change.

  • - The only way of salvation is through faith in God the Son, Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12 & John 14:6).
  • - Salvation does not happen by anything that we have done (Ephesians 2:8-9). Jesus died on a cross in our place to pay the penalty for our sins. He offers each of us forgiveness for our sins and wants us to become children of God.

When we put our faith in Christ, it triggers a spiritual chain reaction.

The internal evidence of salvation is the confidence that God gives us that we are children of God. The external evidence happens as God’s ways begin to come out in our attitudes and behaviors, known as the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
